How to Log in to the Brain Payroll Employer Portal

1. Check your email 

You should have received two emails:

One email informing you your account is now active, and your username

 

One email with your temporary password

Can't find the emails? Please check your junk/spam folder as they can sometimes end up in there. If you still do not see them please contact HSA payroll.

Open one of the emails and click on the link provided (see red arrow above). This will take you to the login page as seen below.

3. Enter your details

1. Type in your username

2. Type in your temporary password

3. Click Login

4. Create a New Password

You will be asked to:

1. Enter your temporary password again.

2. Create a new password.

3. Confirm your new password.

Please make note of your new password. This new password will be the one you use from now on.

5. Access your new Dashboard

Once your new password is set, you will be taken to your Brain Payroll dashboard.

You are now logged in and ready to use the system!
